MEET JOSH WALKER
Josh started Walker Civil & Drainage in February 2023 after 15 years in the industry. He's worked his way through the full progression; operator > supervisor > senior leadership before deciding the best version of the work happened when he ran the show himself.That experience shapes how every job runs. Josh quotes the work, runs the site and stays the point of contact from start to finish. You deal with the owner, not a rotating cast of project managers.

We work with developers, builders, civil head contractors and councils on the underground infrastructure that brings sites to life. Stormwater, sewer, water, earthworks and the concrete that ties it all together.Most of our work sits in residential subdivisions, commercial developments and infrastructure upgrades across South East Queensland. Some jobs are individual works packages. Others are the full civil scope from clearing through to handover.
STORMWATER DRAINAGE
Stormwater is core business. Pipe, pits, headwalls, kerb inlets, gross pollutant traps and full reticulation networks across subdivision and commercial sites. Every system goes in to council and engineer's specification, with as-built documentation handed over clean so certifications run smoothly.- Pipe and pit installation, all common diameters

Sewer and Water Mains
Reticulation, mains and service connections, installed to the standard of the relevant water authority. Urban Utilities, Unity water, Logan Water or City of Gold Coast Water and Waste, depending where the job sits.The crew handles the full sequence: trench excavation, pipe laying, fittings, pressure testing and commissioning. Connections are coordinated with the authority so taps and live tie-ins happen on schedule, not on the third reschedule.- Sewer reticulation and main installation

Bulk Earthworks
Cut and fill, site clearing, levelling, pad construction and material haulage. Bulk earthworks set the schedule for everything that follows, so we treat them as a programming exercise as much as a dirt-moving one. The job is to hand the site over level, drained and ready for the next trade.- Cut and fill operations

Concrete Works
